       We've also started our very own Meetup group called the Pasadena Pole Fit Club. It's a FREE bi-weekly Pole Clinic for local San Gabriel Valley residents to get together, network, workout, learn more about Pole Fitness, and becoming involved in the Pole Dance Industry!

               In Studio & Mobile Pole Fitness & Dance Class 

Here at BBK Pole Fitness Studio, we choose to teach in small groups of 3 to accommodate our space and give personal attention needed for quality training. Our Studio lays on 155 square ft. of laminate wood flooring, and uses two 9 foot Stainless Steel X Pole Studio Poles. We teach basic pole moves, pole holds, pole mounting, spins, pole climbing preparation, strength training, introductory flexibility/calisthenics, and simple combos that you can memorize. Intermediate classes focus on aerial pole holds, climbing, inverts, pole choreography, and static/spin pole technique. Group Class duration is 1.5hrsOur 1 on 1 session will help sharpen pole skills, or learn new ones.
